WHO ARE WE?We’re THE WALKER FAMILY, a Dad and 2 daughters. Darren, Hannah, and Savannah.
We love helping Central California home sellers and buyers. 
Darren grew up in the Porterville area, a son of a farmer and part-time mechanic.
After graduating Porterville High School with the Class of 84 he served for 4 years in the US military. Not long after that he found himself living in the beautiful state of Colorado. And that's where he helped a nice old lady get her house sold. She needed to move out of the area quickly and the local real estate agents were doing nothing for her. So, Darren agreed to take on the responsibilities of the property by putting it under contract to purchase the place until he could find another buyer. It worked out perfectly for everyone involved...
But that gave him an idea... If he could help Sellers quickly get out of their houses AND help Buyers get into a home AND make a few bucks each time, that could be a WIN-WIN-WIN for everyone! And so it began. After moving back to California, Darren immediately started looking for house owners who needed a hand getting rid of their property AND helping buyers get into a house that they needed. Today we buy and sell properties all over Central California and beyond. Hannah is also a graduate of Porterville High (Go Panthers!) and is now attending Porterville College but soon moving on to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Savannah is graduating from Monache High this year and starting at Porterville College in the fall. Both Hannah and Savannah are a big help in the office and often accompany Darren while visiting home owners.
